A look at the most important part of my project, which is the finalization of my college. I wanted to make interesting character designs. I took inspiration from both the game and the culture or my own aesthetic notion. Each character is accompanied by a description, explaining the design path in question. I made a couple of color variants of different versions of the costumes to then choose the best one.
At the beginning, I created a base sketch of the main pose, which served as the basis for testing different clothing variations. I designed the outfits with the characters' backgrounds, personalities, social status and function in the game world in mind. During the design process, I was guided by the principles of color theory and the so-called shape language - the conscious use of shapes to emphasize a character's features. I analyzed several variants of color palettes to finally choose the one that best reflects the character's character and consistency with the universe. Each character went through the same creative process - from sketching to aesthetic exploration to color scheme selection. Once the final color palette was approved, I proceeded with detailed rendering, fine-tuning every detail. The finished illustrations then made their way onto the cards, becoming one of the most important elements of the game's visuals
